工作职位：兼职华文教师（面向小学 P1 - P6 年级）

工作内容：

• 高质教学: 依据中心提供的完善教材与结构化课程，教授小学一年级至六年级（P1-P6）华文课程。
• 课堂交付: 备课并精心设计生动、有趣的互动式教学活动，确保课堂高效进行。
• 班级管理: 有效进行课堂纪律与氛围管理，营造积极、支持性的学习环境，帮助学生提升成绩、建立学科自信。
• 学习跟进: 认真记录并跟进学生的出勤、作业提交情况及阶段性学习表现。
  记录及跟进学生的出勤、作业与学习表现
• 家校沟通: 定期与家长进行专业、建设性的沟通，及时反馈学生的学习进展与痛点。
• 弹性排课: 根据中心课程表，于工作日午后/傍晚或周末段授课（具体排课时间面议）。

任职条件：

• 教育背景： 拥有教育学、教学法、语言学、汉语言文学或相关专业的本科及以上学历（或同等专业文凭）。
• 经验背景：具备 1 至 5 年或以上的相关教学经验；熟悉新加坡教育部（MOE）小学华文大纲《欢乐伙伴》及主流题型者优先。
• 核心素养： 华文功底扎实，发音标准；热爱儿童教育，能营造正面、温暖的课堂氛围。
• 关键能力： 具备良好的课堂把控力、出色的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。

Position: Chinese Language Teacher (Part-Time) - Primary 1 to 6

What You’ll Do

• Quality Teaching: Teach Primary 1–6 students using our provided curriculum, well-structured lessons, and comprehensive teaching materials.
• Lesson Delivery: Prepare lessons and design engaging, high-impact learning activities to ensure classes run efficiently and effectively.
• Classroom Management: Manage student behaviors effectively, creating a supportive, positive learning environment that builds confidence and improves student results.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and maintain records of student attendance, homework completion, and milestone performances.
• Parent Communication: Conduct constructive, professional updates with parents to regularly discuss their child's strengths, learning gaps, and progress.
• Flexible Scheduling: Teach according to the centre's operational timetable, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends (exact schedules to be discussed).

What You’ll Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Teaching, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or related fields (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Experience: 1–5 years of relevant primary education teaching experience. Familiarity with the latest Singapore MOE Primary Chinese syllabus (欢乐伙伴 Huan Le Huo Ban) and local exam formats is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Excellent command of Chinese with accurate pronunciation. Nurturing mindset with a passion for children's learning.
• Key Skills: Strong classroom control, clear communication capabilities, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Attributes: Highly accountable, deeply responsible, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting child development.
