XOC Engineer (IT Operations Engineer)
Summary
IT Operations (XOC) Engineer in Jakarta who monitors network, infrastructure, and endpoint systems, handles incident tickets with initial troubleshooting and escalations, and performs Level 1 security response such as MFA resets, endpoint scans, and device isolation. Works with monitoring/ticketing tools and Microsoft environments under ITIL/SLA practices.
Salary: Rp 5.500.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Monitor network, infrastructure, and endpoint systems to ensure optimal performance and service availability.
Handle incident tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate escalations when needed.
Respond to security alerts and support Level 1 security incident remediation, including account access management, MFA reset, endpoint scanning, and device isolation.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution and operational communication.
Maintain accurate documentation, incident records, and operational reports in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year in NOC, SOC, Infrastructure Monitoring, IT Operations, or related roles.
Fresh graduate able to apply if having internship experience related to the role.
Familiar with incident management, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
Experience supporting Microsoft environments, endpoint security, user access management, and remote troubleshooting.
Understanding of security incident response and endpoint remediation processes.
Knowledge of ITIL framework, SLA management, and IT operational best practices is an advantage.
