Description
We are looking for a yard spotter for our Secaucus NJ Terminal, to help us safely move and manage the equipment in our yard.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Duties and responsibilities:
95 % of time will be in the yard moving trailers
5% of time will be assisting warehouse with forklift duties
Moving trailer equipment pieces in the yard
Assist with other yard responsibilities
Perform routine yard maintenance tasks
Perform all yard driver duties
Conduct daily/monthly safety/yard inspections
Ensure safe working environment be established and maintained
Complete daily yard inventory of trailers and ensure the yard is kept organized
Moving shipping containers in the yard
Maintaining trailer yard integrity and accuracy
Move trailers in the yard to maximize space
Maintain a clean and organized pipe yard
Enforce all yard safety rules and procedures
