專案經理 / Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager with a passion for software development and expertise in Agile methodologies. Your role will involve supporting the engineering manager to coordinate the team's development schedule, guiding projects to align product roadmap, and ensuring quality.

#Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Manage team's scrum using Jira and Confluence.
3. Create and track project schedules and timelines.
4. Ensure quality assurance and report on progress.
5. Organize Sprint Review Presentations.
6. Implement changes to meet project goals.
7. Evaluate results and report to the manager.
8. Identify and resolve project issues and risks.

#Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, or business management.
2. 2+ years of project management experience in software development.
3. Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, communication, and leadership.
4. Technical knowledge of software development processes and tools is a bonus.
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
6. Conflict resolution experience.
7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Experience in the AI, audio/video, streaming hw/sw integration products
