Zonal Head

• Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of all assigned centres.
  
• Monitor and guide the performance of teachers and field staff.
  
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure quality program implementation.
  
• Review and approve attendance, leave, On Duty (OD), and regularization requests on time.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
  
• Coordinate with the State Head, HR, and other departments for operational and employee-related matters.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.
  
• Monitor the utilization of organizational resources and maintain centre discipline.
  
• Submit timely operational reports and ensure accurate documentation.
  
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
  
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
  
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
