The HRIS Analyst is the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Goodwill South Florida's HR systems, mainly Paycom — configuring the system, auditing data integrity, and building HR reports and dashboards. The role also produces compliance reports (EEO-1, VETS-4212, FMLA), backs up I-9/E-Verify processing, and trains and supports HR staff and managers.
