Fashion ERP Support Engineer
L2 support engineer for a fashion/apparel ERP (Blue Cherry) and its X12 EDI integrations serving US clients: investigating order, shipment and warehouse transaction errors, running scheduled support tasks, and keeping SOPs current on rotational night shifts (19:30-04:30 IST), using SQL Server and tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
Data_Engineer_Python_Snowflake_Azure
Data engineer building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines with Python, Azure, Snowflake and an orchestrator (e.g. Airflow/Prefect/Dagster), integrating data from APIs, databases and file transfers with incremental loads and data-quality checks. Must work US Pacific (PST) hours from Hyderabad.
Application Support Engineer
Provides L1/L2 production support for ERP and integration platforms serving US clients: monitoring app health, handling P1/P2 incidents within SLA, maintaining runbooks, and building automation for repetitive tasks. Core stack: SQL, monitoring/ticketing tools (Grafana, Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow), and Python/shell scripting.
