At the heart of our mission at Seed Company is a fervent commitment to accelerate the work of Bible translation and bring God's Word to those who need it most. Founded in 1993 as a part of Wycliffe Bible Translators, we recognize that every person deserves access to Scripture in a language that speaks to their heart. We see the transformative power of God’s Word in communities around the globe, and we believe that engaging local leaders and providing them with the necessary resources is crucial to fulfilling this mission. Our approach focuses on building meaningful partnerships that empower local communities to take ownership of Bible translation initiatives. By leveraging innovative strategies, technologies, and shared resources, we facilitate a more rapid and effective translation process. Through our global partnerships—currently over 130 countries—we aim to ensure that 900+ language translations are actively in progress, reaching 866 million people. Each engagement is more than just a project; it’s about transformed lives and revitalized communities.
