Since our inception in 2004, our mission has been to accelerate the discovery of new medicines, transforming laboratory breakthroughs into life-changing treatments for patients with unmet medical needs. We believe in doing drug discovery better, and it's this ethos that has guided our growth from a small team of medicinal chemists to a global organization of over 1,000 employees, including 900 dedicated scientists.
