1. 商務行政與進出口管理 執行報價單製作、發票開立及 ERP 系統入帳。 處理進出口報關文件準備與船務聯繫。 追蹤訂單生產交期、物流進度與應收帳款催收。 2. 銷售數據彙整與支援 定期彙整銷售數據、營收狀況與統計報表。 協助銷售開發、市場營銷活動之物資籌備與執行。 3. 營運支援與行政協作 協助高階主管處理例行性商務行程規劃與會議安排。 跨部門溝通聯繫，確保專案交辦事項準確執行。 4.其他部門營運庶務支援。
