Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer with basic knowledge of Java programming and software development principles. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
Support bug fixing, troubleshooting, and application enhancements.
Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases.
Learn and adopt software development best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Core Java concepts (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling).
Understanding of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
Familiarity with Spring Boot or Spring Framework is an advantage.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Internship, academic projects, or hands-on coding experience in Java.
Experience Range: Fresh Graduate to 2 years of Java development experience.
