Key Responsibilities
Develop, test and maintain Java applications under senior developers’ guidance.
Write clean, efficient and well-documented code.
Investigate bugs and support troubleshooting and application enhancements.
Work with business analysts and testers to clarify requirements and validate functionality.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Prepare technical documentation and unit tests.
Learn and apply software development standards and best practices.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of Core Java, including object-oriented programming, Collections and exception handling.
Understanding of SQL and relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.
Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Up to two years of Java development experience; no professional experience required for fresh graduates.
Added Advantage
Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot.
Exposure to Git, REST APIs or unit testing.
Hands-on Java coding through coursework, internships or personal projects.
