Contract: 1 Year
Salary: $4,500–$4,800/month
Vacancies: 1
Working Hours: Any 5 Days (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)

Rotating Shifts:

• 8:30am–6pm
• 10:30am–8:15pm
• 2:30pm–12am (Transport Claimable)

Job Scope:

• Lead daily customer service and channel operations
• Manage escalated enquiries and service recovery
• Support team performance and operational improvements
• Coordinate issue resolution with relevant departments
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience required
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and weekends
