Summary
Recruits and supports sales talent for an insurance firm, running campaigns and onboarding new hires while tracking hiring performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to grow and strengthen the sales force.
- Set recruitment targets, track performance, and drive initiatives to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support the recruitment of new agency leaders, wealth managers, and experienced financial consultants.
- Partner with the Business Development team to execute recruitment campaigns and monitor results.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events, roadshows, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Training team to support the onboarding and development of new sales hires.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for different talent segments, including experienced advisors, mid-career professionals, fresh graduates, and industry switchers.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a sales, recruitment, or sales support role within the insurance or financial advisory industry is an advantage.
- Resourceful with knowledge of industry funding and financing schemes.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
