12 Months Insurance Analyst, Advisor Operations ($3000-$3700) #BYR
Summary
Oversee insurance advisor operations, handling onboarding, compliance, and daily workflows while coordinating with teams to meet regulatory and service-level deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end advisor onboarding processes, including pre- and post-onboarding checks, credit monitoring, and telecentre call audits.
- Support advisor onboarding, offboarding, and account maintenance across internal platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties, and external vendors to resolve operational queries and provide timely support.
- Prioritise and manage daily operational activities while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight turnaround timelines.
- Monitor operational risks, identify system issues, and escalate incidents where appropriate.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational control standards.
- Assist with ad hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance or financial services operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with strict service level timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple operational systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with unit trust transfers or investment operations will be an advantage.
