1.Familiarity with RTL design flow.
2.Experience with synthesis, STA, LEC, or APR as part of the IC design flow.
3.Proficiency in Python, Perl, or Tcl scripting.
4.Project, research, or internship experience in IC design.
5,Strong English reading ability and comprehension of technical documentation
