Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Create detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and landscapes using specialized software.
- Apply appropriate textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal of 3D models.
- Develop realistic renderings and visualizations of architectural designs.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and techniques in 3D rendering and visualization.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Design, or Animation.
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, preferably in the architectural visualization field.
- Proficient in using software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
- Proficiency in Autocad and Revit is not mandatory but would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and texture creation.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fuent in English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
