This role focuses on creating high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and comprehensive visual presentations to support project development. The position is vital for transforming architectural and interior design concepts into engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate the vision to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Construct detailed three-dimensional models and generate realistic imagery for various project stages.
- Convert architectural blueprints and interior design ideas into compelling visual representations.
- Design comprehensive interior layouts, including furniture placement, surface finishes, color palettes, lighting schemes, and material choices.
- Create mood boards, material samples, and presentation-ready graphics for client review.
- Deliver interior and exterior visualizations tailored for client meetings and marketing materials.
- Align 3D design outputs with architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) specifications.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and the project team to refine and update design iterations.
- Uphold strict adherence to approved design standards, material selections, and project guidelines.
- Provide guidance on the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decorative accents.
- Collaborate with architects and the broader project team to advance design development and enhance visual communication.
- Verify that all final visual outputs accurately depict the intended design quality and aesthetic goals.
