Job Summary

Contribute to IT operations by managing virtualized environments, developing web and low-code applications, supporting helpdesk troubleshooting, and maintaining IT asset inventories to enhance organizational technology efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain virtualized IT environments to ensure system stability and performance
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET to support business needs
• Design and implement database normalization and planning to optimize data integrity and accessibility
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage lifecycle processes to support operational readiness
• Provide timely helpdesk support by troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
• Develop automated workflows and applications using low-code platforms such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps to improve process efficiency
• Write and maintain Vibe coding scripts to support internal systems and applications

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related industry with internship experience
