الهدف من الوظيفة

إدارة العلاقة اليومية مع العملاء وضمان تسليم المشاريع بجودة وفي الوقت المحدد بما يحقق رضا العميل واستمراره ونمو الحساب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة التواصل اليومي مع العملاء وتحويل الاحتياجات إلى خطط عمل واضحة

• تنسيق الحملات والمشاريع مع فرق الإبداع والإعلام الرقمي وتحسين محركات البحث

• إعداد العروض والتقارير ومحاضر الاجتماعات ومتابعة القرارات

• متابعة النطاق والجدول والجودة ورفع المخاطر مبكرا

• دعم الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وتحديد فرص البيع الإضافي والبيع المتقاطع

• بناء معرفة دقيقة بأهداف العميل وقطاعه والسوق السعودي

معايير النجاح

رضا العملاء 90 بالمئة فأعلى

التسليم في الموعد 95 بالمئة فأعلى

الاحتفاظ بالعملاء 85 بالمئة فأعلى

Job objective

Manage day to day client relationships and ensure quality on time delivery that drives satisfaction retention and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily client communication and translate needs into clear action plans

• Coordinate campaigns with creative media digital and SEO teams

• Prepare proposals reports meeting minutes and decision follow ups

• Control scope timelines quality and early risk escalation

• Support retention renewals upselling and cross selling

• Build strong knowledge of each client sector objectives and the Saudi market

Success measures

Client satisfaction at least 90 percent

On time delivery at least 95 percent

Client retention at least 85 percent

المؤهلات

• بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصال أو إدارة الأعمال

• خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في خدمة العملاء ويفضل داخل وكالة تسويق أو وكالة رقمية

• قدرة مثبتة على إدارة عدة مشاريع وعملاء في الوقت نفسه

• إجادة التواصل والعروض وإدارة العلاقات وحل المشكلات

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or Business

• One to three years in client servicing preferably in a marketing or digital agency

• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

• Strong communication presentation relationship management and problem solving skills
