الإشراف على الحسابات الرئيسية وضمان نجاح التسليم وإدارة العلاقات الاستراتيجية ورضا العملاء ونمو الإيرادات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
• امتلاك العلاقة الاستراتيجية مع العملاء الرئيسيين
• إدارة النطاق والميزانيات والجداول والمخاطر والتوقعات
• قيادة التخطيط والتقارير واجتماعات المراجعة الدورية
• تنسيق فرق الحسابات والمشاريع والإبداع والإعلام
• تحقيق التجديد والاحتفاظ ونمو الحساب من خلال البيع الإضافي
• توجيه مسؤولي الحسابات ورفع مستوى الأداء

رضا العملاء 90 بالمئة فأعلى
التسليم في الموعد 95 بالمئة فأعلى
نمو الإيرادات 20 بالمئة فأعلى
التجديد 85 بالمئة فأعلى
Job objective
Lead key accounts to ensure successful delivery strategic relationships client satisfaction retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
• Own strategic relationships with key clients
• Control scope budgets timelines risks and expectations
• Lead account planning reporting and quarterly reviews
• Coordinate account project creative and media teams
• Drive renewals retention and expansion revenue
• Coach account executives and raise team performance
Success measures
Client satisfaction at least 90 percent
On time delivery at least 95 percent
Revenue growth at least 20 percent
Renewal rate at least 85 percent
Requirements
المؤهلات
• بكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة
• خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في خدمة العملاء أو إدارة الحسابات
• سجل مثبت في إدارة حسابات مؤسسية وميزانيات ونطاقات متعددة
• قيادة قوية وتواصل استراتيجي وقدرة على التفاوض وحل المشكلات
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
• At least five years in client servicing or account management
• Proven record managing enterprise accounts budgets and multiple scopes
• Strong leadership strategic communication negotiation and problem solving
