  • Partner closely with Client Services to deliver strong client support and surface growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute account growth plans across advertisers and agencies, spanning multiple verticals
  • Identify, pitch, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., channel expansion, measurement solutions) by understanding client goals and aligning them with The Trade Desk’s capabilities

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across brand and agency partners, offering insights and education on programmatic media
  • Communicate the value of The Trade Desk platform through tailored presentations and business reviews
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Trading, Marketing, and Product to support client success and share client feedback
  • Leverage market and competitive insights to position differentiated solutions
  • Accurately manage pipeline, activity, forecasts, and account plans with strong attention to detail

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or sales
  • Experience at an online publisher, retailer, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or similar (programmatic preferred)
  • Exposure to managing multiple client relationships or opportunities at once, with a track record of driving growth or meeting targets
  • Consultative mindset, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level clients
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with negotiation ability
  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, activity, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
