Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order-to-cash (O2C) processes and a proven track record in dispute management and accounts receivable functions. This role is critical in ensuring the timely collection of payments and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. - Handle dispute management effectively, working closely with clients to resolve issues and ensure timely payment. - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve cash flow. - Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to management. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
