ACMV Project Manager/Senior Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

· Head a team of project executives and engineers and oversee the management of all projects acquired by the company

· Implement and provide direction in project planning and execution

· Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, sub-cons, consultants etc on requirements and contractual agreements

· Review reports, resolve problems and issues

· Ensure overall project progress based on schedule and within budget constraints

· Ensure adherence to all EHS, WSH safety standards

· Manage contractors and team members and dedicate responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements

· Diploma or Degree welcome

· At least 5 years project experience in ACMV/HVAC a must

· Able to manage team of engineers and sub-contractors

· Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized

· Singaporeans or PRs only

· Experience in Cleanroom industry required

· Analytical mind, great organizational skill and time management skills

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· A good team player with leadership abilities
