💰 Salary: Up to S$6,000 basic + bonus
🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of ACMV projects from handover through completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements are achieved.
Your responsibilities include:
- Review project handovers from the Sales team to ensure compliance with contract specifications, company standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle within budget and ISO quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor engineering submissions, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Review and submit variation orders and quotations promptly.
- Supervise site progress, identify project risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Prepare project cost estimates, monitor progress claims, interim certificates, and payment responses.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project.
- Lead project testing, commissioning, training, and final project handover.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, revenue forecasts, and overall project performance.
- Support additional assignments as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Min 5 years of relevant project management experience in the ACMV/HVAC industry.
- Proven experience managing HVAC/ACMV projects, including commercial, residential, or Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and site management.
