Delivery/program manager role coordinating end-to-end implementation of AI, Big Data, and technology projects — planning, requirements, integrations, testing, deployment, and stakeholder reporting. Onsite day-shift consulting engagement in Ortigas, Pasig; project management experience required, AI/ML/Big Data background a plus.
Work location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Work setup: Full onsite / day shift
Engagement Type: Must be open to service consulting (initial 6 months contract subject to renewal/extension)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager to coordinate the implementation and delivery of AI, Big Data, and technology solutions from requirements gathering through development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities
Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional technical workstreams.
Coordinate requirements, solution design, development, and system integrations.
Track testing, migration, deployment readiness, and operational handover.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and implementation documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data teams, and technical leads.
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, Data, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or operations management.
Experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, system integration, or data-related projects.
Strong background in project governance, risk management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Big Data initiatives is an advantage.
