About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner with a strong background in Product Management, Business Analysis, UX/UI, and Technical Product Development. You will take ownership of AI-powered products from product discovery and requirement analysis to UX/UI planning, development, testing, and production launch. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring proven product ownership experience, technical understanding, and the ability to independently drive product development and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage AI-powered products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, MVP scope, and development priorities.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, business flows, and user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Work closely with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and Tech Leads to define technical requirements and assess feasibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Technology Product Development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with direct responsibility for software or digital products.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to development, testing, and production launch.
- Successfully delivered at least one AI-powered product, AI solution, or automation initiative into production.
- Strong experience in product roadmaps, MVP definition, backlog management, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience using Figma or similar tools to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, business processes, and user-centered product development.
- Good technical understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, authentication, databases, and software development processes.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Automation.
