AMC Sales Executive

We are seeking an AMC Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) related to lifts. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for AMC sales in the lifts sector. - Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of AMC offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met and that service delivery is seamless. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Required Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the AMC or lift industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Knowledge of lift systems and maintenance services is a plus.
