This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista UX/UI - Pleno based in Brazil.

As a UX/UI Analyst, you will design digital experiences that make software products and services more intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
The role combines user experience, interface design, prototyping, and close collaboration with technology and development teams.
You will contribute to the definition of interface structures and information architecture while ensuring usability and consistency across digital products.
The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced Figma capabilities, including Design Systems, variables, and dynamic components.
You will also apply accessibility standards and collaborate technically with frontend teams using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React.
The role encourages innovation through the use of artificial intelligence for DesignOps, asset generation, and workflow optimization.

• Design user-centered solutions that improve the overall experience of software products and digital services.
• Define and refine user interfaces, ensuring clear information organization, visual consistency, usability, and intuitive navigation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain advanced Design Systems, including reusable components, variables, and dynamic components.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and effective communication of technical requirements.
• Apply practical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React to facilitate technical discussions and improve design-to-development integration.
• Incorporate accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines into digital experiences.
• Use automated accessibility auditing tools to identify and address potential usability and compliance issues.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into DesignOps activities, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
• Participate in agile development processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in design processes, user experiences, and digital product quality.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Information Technology, including a technologist degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Previous professional experience as a Mid-Level UX/UI Analyst or in a comparable UX/UI design role.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced Design Systems, prototyping, variables, and dynamic components.
• Practical technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React, with the ability to communicate effectively with software development teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG, and experience using automated accessibility auditing tools.
• Understanding of user experience and interface design principles, usability, information organization, and interaction design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
• Interest in applying artificial intelligence to design workflows, including DesignOps automation, asset generation, and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
