The Client Service Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for Third Party Wealth clients and sales partners, with a focus on Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). This role is responsible for managing client service needs across sales territories, channels, and client types while delivering a high-quality client experience.
The position will work closely with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, and Trading teams to resolve client needs, support account activities, and develop efficient and scalable service processes.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and sales channels.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account servicing.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding fund, portfolio, and account information.
- Act as the point person for client-related issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Execute client lifecycle events and ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to provide high-quality client service.
- Monitor and escalate service issues as needed.
- Work closely with trading desks to communicate the status of trading activity across client accounts.
- Analyze and resolve client and operational issues independently and collaboratively.
- Participate in special projects related to asset development and retention, process improvement, and automation.
- Partner with management and other service representatives to develop long-term, scalable service models.
- Contribute to a service environment focused on enhancing the overall client experience.

- Financial services experience, preferably with knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts and servicing Financial Advisors.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant client service experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required. Candidates who do not currently hold these licenses must obtain them within the first 60 days of employment.
