Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
We are looking for a Application Security Coordinator to coordinate and drive remediation of security findings coming from penetration tests and vulnerability scans. This role acts as a central technical coordinator, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritised, and resolved in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Expected competences and knowledge
Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security
Experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes
Ability to analyze and interpret vulnerability scan results and penetration testing reports
Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards
Strong risk assessment and prioritization skills
Experience coordinating remediation activities across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in regulated environments; banking sector experience is a plus
