Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on delivering data-driven solutions that support risk management, regulatory reporting, and business decision-making. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will help transform complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions, ensuring high data quality, efficient processes, and seamless collaboration across multiple teams. The role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale data environments, modern data technologies, and Agile delivery teams in a dynamic and highly regulated financial setting.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT and data solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into clear features and user stories

• Support the design and implementation of advanced data and analytics solutions aligned with business needs

• Analyze complex business processes and end-to-end workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

• Drive requirements analysis, solution refinement, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through data analysis and validation activities

• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units to support seamless delivery execution

• Work as an integral member of a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to planning, refinement, testing, and delivery activities

• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role

• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to read, write, and analyze complex queries

• Proven experience working with complex business and functional requirements

• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data validation, and data hygiene

• Experience working with Hive and large-scale data environments

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to independently drive tasks, features, user stories, and investigations from start to finish

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience collaborating with both business users and technical teams

• Understanding of Big Data concepts and modern data ecosystems

• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and CI/CD concepts

• Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis

• Knowledge of Apache Spark

• Experience with solution design in data and analytics environments

• Exposure to data governance, data modelling, or data engineering concepts

• Experience working in Agile delivery environment
