Application Support Engineer For Bibewadi, Pune location

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Oracle applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using SQL queries and Linux commands on Tomcat servers.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes in production environments.
• Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in application support or L2 level technical support role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle databases (10g/11g) and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
• Experience working with Linux operating system and basic shell scripting skills (e.g., Bash).
• Knowledge of Tomcat server administration and configuration.
