Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting various technical issues, managing service desk tickets, and providing support for IT services including ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Office 365. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking. - Manage and prioritize service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications. - Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of technical support principles and practices. - Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL frameworks. - Experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Active Directory and Office 365 issues. - Basic networking knowledge and experience with OS installation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
