Responsibilities
- Support the development of new applications or customization of existing ones to meet the unique needs of the retail industry.
- Act as level2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs or errors within agreed SLAs.
- Analyze end‑user requirements and design solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of new software applications or major updates, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
- Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors that provide specialized application support to meet end‑user needs.
- Continuously monitor application performance in a fast‑paced retail environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain patient privacy in all applications, adhering to confidentiality and data‑protection best practices.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI‑driven tools.

Job Requirements
Education
BSc in IT (preferably in MIS Systems Design) or a related field.
Experience
3+ years in an IT applications function, preferably in retail or a related industry.
Computer Skills
- Proficiency with specific store applications and general retail systems.
- Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of various phases of SDLC.
- Familiarity with common ERP and CRM platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
