Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and high‑quality technical drawings and 3D models for a variety of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into precise construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
- Generate 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations and client reviews.
- Review and modify drawings based on team feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to produce error‑free drawings within deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Candidates with Singapore project experience or relevant professional certifications will be given priority.
