Architecture Co-ordinator
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: Mon - Fri | 9 to 6pm
Working Location: Tuas
Job Scope:
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
- Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
- Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions
- Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
- Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD drawings
