Assistant Manager -RB Sales
Revenue Generation & Sales Targets
Achieve individual assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to driving Avery Dennison India’s goal.
Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
2. Strategic Brand & Stakeholder Management
Develop, nurture, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives at global and regional Brand Local Offices.
Position Avery Dennison as a preferred solutions partner by understanding brand goals, challenges, and requirements.
3. RFP & Global Commercial Coordination
Lead global or local RFPs/ tenders assigned key accounts.
Coordinate closely with Avery Dennison’s Global Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment, consistent pricing strategies, and smooth execution of business.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment (Factory & Product Development)
Work seamlessly with Factory Sales teams to align brand-level commitments with factory-level execution, ensuring complete visibility.
Work with the Product Development team to champion new item developments.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to provide a long term sales plan..
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or brand solutions within Packaging, Labelling, Apparel/Retail Accessories, or Manufacturing industries.
