Assistant Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & GTM

• Support end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and campaigns for cybersecurity solutions targeting enterprise customers.

• Plan and execute lead generation, run-rate programs and solution bundling initiatives to drive sales opportunities and conversion.

• Develop product positioning, marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support frontline sales teams.

• Track campaign effectiveness, leads, pipeline and marketing performance to continuously optimize GTM activities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting and other business units to develop cross-LOB cybersecurity propositions.

Product & Vendor Management

• Support the management and development of the cybersecurity product and solution portfolio.

• Work closely with cybersecurity vendors and alliance partners on product development, joint GTM initiatives and business opportunities.

• Manage day-to-day vendor engagement, operational touchpoints and co-development activities.

• Monitor cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs to identify new product and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to launch and enhance cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related disciplines.

• 2–3 years’ experience in product marketing, product management, vendor/channel management or enterprise technology solutions.

• Experience in cybersecurity, ICT, or enterprise solutions is an advantage.

• Good commercial sense with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to translate technical solutions into clear customer value propositions.

• Proactive, analytical and comfortable working across Sales, Product, Marketing and external partners.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
