Associate Manager - SAP-SAP HR Successfactor
Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced Associate Manager to lead SAP HR SuccessFactors projects within our S/4HANA Functional – Delivery department. The role involves managing both green‑field and brown‑field implementations, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP modules, and delivering high‑quality solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Lead full‑cycle SAP HR SuccessFactors implementations (green‑field and brown‑field).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration workshops.
- Oversee testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and analysts.
- Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and senior management.
- Support post‑go‑live hypercare and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HR SuccessFactors implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with both green‑field and brown‑field SuccessFactors projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HR modules and integration points.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., EC, EC-PD, EC-OM).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
