Automation Software Engineer
Summary
Designs, develops, and deploys machine control applications for industrial automation, integrating software with motion systems, vision sensors, and I/O devices, then leads integration testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Core stack is Visual C++ and C# .NET; fresh graduates are welcome.
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 per month

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Automation Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of machine automation, bridging the gap between software programming and physical hardware. You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine control applications that drive operational efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Software & Hardware Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain software, control systems, and machine applications.
Seamlessly integrate software with hardware components, including motion systems, vision sensors, and I/O devices.
Analyze customer requirements to engineer and implement highly suitable, customized automation solutions.
Testing, Commissioning & Support
Lead application integration testing, system validation, and rigorous troubleshooting.
Continuously monitor and improve machine performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Core Traits
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Second Class Upper or above is preferred).
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Technical Skills
Exceptional with Visual C++, C#. NET programming languages.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Stand-Out Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Background knowledge in semiconductor or manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Mandarin to support regional business communication and client coordination.
