Awake Residential Night Worker - Casual on Call

Join our team as an Awake Residential Night Worker at our staffed homes in Tsawwassen and Delta. Overnight shifts are available 7 days per week, ranging from 8 to 10 hours in length. Schedules vary by site, with shifts typically falling between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM. This position is unionized and requires union membership. Compensation: $23.73 – $27.19 per hour, plus 10.6% in lieu of benefits.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a casual Awake Residential Night Worker, you will monitor residents through the night and support their morning routines; perform light housekeeping duties and food preparation as required. Must be physically healthy to aid in lifting and transferring of persons served and be able to provide full personal care including hygiene and toileting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate/diploma/degree in a field related to Human Sciences
- Practical experience working with developmental and physical disabilities
- FOODSAFE Level 1
- Emergency First Aid & CPR
Rate of Pay: $23.73 – $27.19
