B2B Appointment Setter - Cold Calling US Business Owners

Location: Remote, worldwide. Must call during US Eastern business hours.

Paps Automation builds custom AI systems for owner-run service businesses in the US: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trades. Their owners lose hours every week on paperwork, invoices and dispatching. We fix that, and we guarantee they save twice what they pay us.

The role: B2B cold calling. You call the owner directly on his cell (North Carolina leads). You don't pitch the product: you spark curiosity and book a 30-minute Zoom with one of our closers. We give you the leads with the owner's number, a US number, the dialer (CloudTalk), the CRM, the script and daily coaching.

Pay: 100% commission, no base salary. 7% of the setup fee + 7% of the client's first 3 monthly payments, on every deal that closes from a meeting you booked. A typical deal pays you about USD 575. No cap. Not a fit if you need a guaranteed paycheck.

How it works: a short video interview with a role-play, that's the only test. Then kickoff, training and a one-week trial. Every call gets written feedback.

You are a fit if your spoken English sounds natural to a US business owner, you can call during US Eastern business hours, and you're coachable. Cold calling or appointment setting experience is a plus, not a must.
