3.Code Quality & Testing: Perform rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

1.Java Expertise: professional experience using Java (Java 11/17+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data), and Hibernate/JPA. 2. Python Expertise: hands-on experience in Python development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. 3. Database Management: Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and comfort with NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). 4. API Development: Experience building, documenting (Swagger/OpenAPI), and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. 5. Version Control & Tools: Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, PyTest/JUnit, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
