We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to help build and enhance scalable, high-performance banking and payment platforms. If you're passionate about backend engineering, data-driven solutions, and modern technology, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment. Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience Strong expertise in Node.js and Java Experience with data engineering , ETL processes, and database optimization Solid understanding of SQL and No SQL databases (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB) Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and Graph QL Familiarity with Kafka , Rabbit MQ , or similar messaging platforms Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java Design and implement robust data engineering and ETL solutions Build scalable, secure, and reliable systems aligned with banking standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services and APIs Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability
