Summary
PT Trengginas Jaya is hiring a Backend Engineer in Indonesia to develop and maintain software applications — writing clean code, debugging defects, optimizing performance and scalability, and participating in the full software development lifecycle. Core tech includes NodeJS, Go, or Python, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer (3-5 years).
- Extensive experience in multiple programming languages such as NodeJS, Go, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Message broker (Kafka and RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Good understanding of Telkom or telecom-related business processes is a plus
