Cadbricks in Ahmedabad is hiring a BIM Architect (1–3 yrs) to develop architectural BIM models, convert 2D CAD drawings into intelligent 3D models, prepare construction documentation, and coordinate clash-free models with structural/MEP teams for international projects, mainly following UK/US standards.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Architect with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BIM modeling, preparing construction documentation, and coordinating architectural models for international projects. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality BIM models while adhering to project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate architectural BIM models using project specifications and standards.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into intelligent 3D BIM models.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to identify and resolve model clashes.
- Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and company quality standards.
- Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and client feedback.
- Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.
- Good knowledge of CAD to BIM workflows.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Experience working on UK and/or US standard projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and clash detection.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
