BIM Coordinator [SL]

Report to the Manager / Team Leader and coordinate technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project coordination.

Produce, update and maintain drawings using BIM (Revit) models, ensuring accurate information and proper transmission of drawings and data to all relevant parties.

Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to ensure project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timelines.

Implement quality management procedures, maintain quality records, analyse inspection results and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings and models.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards and EHS requirements.

Coordinate site inspections and project handover activities, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction and good CONQUAS / QM scores.

Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
