What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, change management, or business analysis.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Teams, and Copilot.
- Experience developing dashboards, workflow automation, digital workspaces, and knowledge management solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with AI adoption, productivity, or user experience measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- AI fluency - Be current with emerging AI trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions without knowing all information.
