- Play a pivotal role across discovery, application dependency mapping, and implementation-readiness planning within a complex, hybrid enterprise environment.
What's on Offer
- Contract/Engagement: Initial contract through to 30 June 2027 + 12-month extension option.
- Rate/Salary: Highly Competitive Market Rate.
- Location & Flexibility: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid working arrangements, with occasional interstate travel to site locations).
Role & Responsibilities
- Review existing architecture, roadmaps, and discovery artefacts to identify critical knowledge gaps requiring detailed investigation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to document current-state business, technical, and security considerations.
- Assess in-scope applications, hosting arrangements, and technical dependencies to guide future-state hosting options.
- Analyse user access, site-specific constraints, and data classification/recordkeeping requirements against Commonwealth security standards.
- Identify operational dependencies and evaluate their impact on project sequencing and transition readiness.
- Provide expert business input into cutover strategies, transition sequencing, and detailed implementation plans.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:- Technical Toolkit: ICT transformation frameworks, application/infrastructure dependency mapping, data classification standards, and Commonwealth recordkeeping requirements.
- Experience: Demonstrated business analysis experience within large-scale ICT transformation or application migration programs, ideally in secure or classified government settings.
- Core Capabilities: Superior stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the secure nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain one.
